By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any Video SEO Club product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

This is how Video SEO Club works.
Agreement: By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any Video SEO Club service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
What You’re Buying
Video SEO Club provides strategic YouTube advisory services based on my professional experience and judgment.
You are not buying guarantees. You are not buying execution. You are buying my time, attention, and qualified professional opinion.
The $97 Strategy Call
The $97 product is a one-on-one live YouTube strategy call.
- We review your YouTube channel or your launch plan if you have not gone live yet.
- I identify what is broken, missing, or misaligned.
- I separate signal from noise.
- You receive one to three concrete next steps.
This is advisory only. It is one time. It is not a course. It is not a formula. It is not a long-term engagement. No implementation is done for you.
There are no guarantees of growth, views, subscribers, or revenue.
The $497 Channel Teardown
The $497 product includes the following:
- A recorded full channel teardown, approximately one hour, reviewing performance, thumbnails, titles and descriptions, YouTube Studio data, and competitive analysis of leading channels in your niche.
- A 30-minute follow-up call to clarify the teardown.
- Up to 30 days of text-based support related strictly to the provided teardown and call.
Support ends 30 days after the follow-up call. This is advisory only. No execution is provided.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is required in advance.
- Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before a scheduled call, or at the time of scheduling the $497 teardown.
- No refunds are issued once a service has been performed.
- Refunds are issued only if I fail to deliver the agreed service.
You are paying for my time and professional judgment. Once that time is delivered, the value has been consumed.
Fit, Conduct, and Right to Refuse Service
Video SEO Club uses an application process to determine fit. This product is not for everyone. Fit matters.
I reserve the right to refuse service or end access at my discretion.
This may occur if a participant is:
- Disrespectful or combative
- Acting in bad faith
- Ignoring boundaries
- Treating this like customer support instead of advisory work
Recording, Sharing, and Team Access
Clients may record calls, share recordings publicly or privately, distribute materials internally without restriction, and include any number of team members on calls.
No confidentiality restrictions are imposed on the client.
No Guarantees and No Liability for Outcomes
Video SEO Club does not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, algorithmic performance, or business success of any kind.
All guidance is educational, strategic, and opinion-based.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, execution, outcomes, and risk.
Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, or employment advice.
Disputes and Resolution
If an issue arises, you agree to contact me first to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Video SEO Club is for people who want clarity, direction, and honest strategic feedback. It is not for people looking for guarantees or hand-holding.
