How Performance Is Evaluated
Early performance decisions are driven primarily by CTR relative to impression volume. At low impression counts expectations are higher.
As impressions scale, acceptable CTR naturally adjusts. Knowing the baseline makes it possible to identify underperformance early and intervene before momentum is lost.
